What is CUET?
Before appearing in the exam it is mandatory to grasp all the details that are related to the exam. Isn’t it right?
So let us talk about the CUET Exam, CUET stands for Central University Entrance Test conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) this year for the admission process in UG programs from the central universities of India. Some of the central universities that are taking part in the CUET exam are DU (Delhi University), BHU (Banaras Hindu University), JNU (Jawaharlal Nehru University), Jamia Millia Islamia, etc.

CUET Eligibility Criteria
CUET eligibility criteria will be soon released by NTA. As per NTA trends below the eligibility criteria are mentioned.

CUET Application Form
Candidates can fill out the application form for CUET UG courses from 6th April. The last date is recently extended, the new date is 22nd May. Candidates should use an active email Id and contact number while filling out the CUET application form.
Below the steps are given that students should follow to fill CUET application form:-
Step 1:- Visit the official CUET website (cuet.samarth.ac.in)
Step 2:- Fill up the required details to complete the CUET registration process.
Step 3:- Candidates will receive login credentials on registered mail id or mobile no. Save them for the future.
Step 4:- Use the login details to fill out the application form for CUET.
Step 5:- Upload the required documents in the prescribed format s mentioned. Documents required:
- Passport-size image (should be recent)
- Signature
- Original ID proof
- Mark sheets (10th & 12th)
Step 6:- Pay fees (online mode)
Step 7:- Take the printouts and keep them for future references.

NTA has announced the tentative dates for the CUET 2022 exam. Students who are preparing for the exam should know about all single details related to the exam. CUET 2022 will be conducted in the month of July, the exam dates are to be announced soon.

CUET Exam Pattern
The CUET exam 2022 will be held in 2 slots that are divided into four sections. These sections are:-
Section 1A:- This is a language test conducted in 13 different languages. Candidates have to attempt total of 40 questions out of 50 in their selected language.
Section 1B:- This section is similar to that of section 1A with a little difference in that is students can choose any language from the given 19 languages.
Section 2:- This is a domain-specific test, subjects from the stream of the students will be offered in this section. The participants can select a maximum of 6 domains of the universities. Questions in this section will be asked based on the class 12th syllabus.
Section 3 (General Test):- This section consists of 75 questions on general knowledge, current affairs, general mental ability, numerical ability, etc. 60 questions are to be attempted by the students out of 75 questions.
As per the guideline by the CUET exam 2022, the time duration allotted for slot 1 is 45 to 195 minutes and the second slot is 45 to 225 minutes. The time depends upon the number of tests applied by the candidates.

CUET is a national-level examination, it is a highly competitive exam. Candidates appearing for the exam need to plan a strategy and a systematic plan in order to clear the exam with good marks. Here are some of the best strategies that students follow while preparing for the exam:

CUET results will be declared and published after the online exam. NTA will release the CUET result and the merit list.
